Leads are getting NEW instead of NA
Posted: Mon Mar 20, 2023 4:11 amI'm migrating very old vicidial setup to the latest version, everything seems to be fine, except one weird issue: some calls dispositioned by VDAD are either marked as NEW or have their previous dispo. Here are some examples:
This one has NEW dispo, however last call was NA:
This is still AB, but should be NA:
No errors, vicidial_log contains every single call I checked. There are just couple of agents, so this system has no load at all.
Any ideas?
