CUstomer Information Collect

Hi all,
In an blended call center, when a customer calls in, how do we save the customers information ? Is the default page is used to do so ? Is there any provision to see / open another page with all saved information if the customer calls again ?

All customer information is tied to a lead. If you want the lead to be searched for when someone calls in, you need to use one of the "CIDLOOKUP" options in the DID "In-Group Call Handle Method" setting as the call is sent to an In-Group.

Hi,
Thanks for the time. In an incoming call, of course there is no lead saved hence no use to search, I need to save all the information manually (what he dictates) is there any built in feature ?
