No audio no ring ring or RingBack Customer

I have the following problem, I installed vicidial 11 . The calls are going out with their respective did. The client listens to me but the agents do not listen to the client and in the manual calls there is no RingBack or ring ring ring tone. I have already redirected the router ports 5060 udp and 10000 to 25000 udp to the server ip since I have a static ip. The ports 80 5060 10000 25000 are enabled in the Firewall . I do not know what the error is due to my VOIp provider did tests and tells me that the problem is the PBX and not the voip provider. Could you please help me

Oh hey Christ, welcome to the boards!

Have you tried verifying two-way audio locally through your ViCiBox installation? Just to test audio is working locally and then you can look at your Voip provider for issues.

I can see extension 100. Try setting a second extension 200 and try calling 100 to 200 and just see if you get that two-way audio.

Your missing Tt on your dialplan. Where you have EXTEN: 2},,o change to Tto and you should be good to go

hi Martichi just tried and it works well, it is heard clearly in both extensions . Any other ideas of what it could be? thanks dude

I just tried and I still can't hear the customer, They hear me fine, when I start the session the login audio is heard fine, at the time of dialing it gives the dial tone but still without Ring Back or audio when connecting the call

Any other ideas of what it could be?
