High PDROP and no AA on AMD

Hello all,

I installed using Vicibox 11 iso image.
VERSION: 2.14-899a
BUILD: 231109-2027

I have 10 agents on the dialer. When i work without AMD, We obviously get a lot of Answering machines

With AMD though I am able to filter out most of the Answering machines, but hey do not get disposed as AA. Instead I see a lot of PDROPs not a single AA status. When observing Asterisk CLI , I can see that machines are being detected. The the dispositions codes dont show no AA status at all.

Is there any configurations i need to verify/correct?

Why else could this be?

IT is strange and i cant understand, the AMD log shows no (Zero) Answering machine status. It only has human and not sure as AMD status.

But when monitoring the CLi i can see Answering machines being detected.

What ratio are you dialing at? How many agents?
