exporting call records with dispositions

Postby MJ » Thu Sep 14, 2006 1:03 pm

Hello!

I'm new to asterisk and vicidial. I've been able to configure vicidial to dial a campaign without any agents logging in, but i'm having trouble exporting the results of the calls from the sql database. I can't seem to find what table contains the disposition of the call. What i'm trying to export from the campaign is the phone number, call time and date, and the disposition. Can someone let me know where i'm supposed to look?

Have you installed phpMyAdmin? It makes it a whole lot easier to explore your db.

vicidial_list contains all your calls. the field 'status' is the disposition.

I just checked that table and all of the records have "NEW" as the status. All these records were just called yesterday.

Please explain in detail how you have your campaign set up and how you are playing a message to the people you are calling.

For no-agent campaigns you should actually use a regular VDAD exten(8365) and use the "external extension" of the remote agent as the exten with the message on it (85100001) if you want full logging of calls and statuses on them.

This was an omission by me in the manager manual and when the 2.0.1 manager manual comes out(hopefully tomorrow) it will be fixed in there explaining more how no-agent campaigns work.

Thanks for mentioning this. Let me know how it works when you make these changes.

When the new Manager Manual is released you can go to the re-download page that was emailed to you and use your email address and passcode to download the updated manual.
