Posted: Tue Nov 20, 2007 11:29 pmTo be a bit more informative, this is the Alt-dial feature where you can dial the alt_phone and address3 fields as phone numbers for a lead. This can be done in manual mode and in auto-dial mode through a campaign's auto-alt-dial settings.
