firewall setup -- which ports need to be open?

Hi.

I am setting up the firewall....which ports are needed to be enabled? TCP and UDP

Also, which ports are used for dialing? I want to set QOS on my network to prioritize data on these ports, since we are using softphones and no way for us to separate them within the network.
