Recording do not stop after hungup in Dial_Next_Number Mode

I have noted that in Dial_Next_Number Mode Recording does not stop after i hang up the phone ... any clues of why would that happen ?

Does recording stop after you disposition the call?

What astGUIclient version are you using?

i hung up the call using the "HUNG UP CUSTOMER"
& then go & run the disk usage command & it shows file is growing which means recording is still going on :

then i have to go to the LIVE CALLS IN YOUR SESSION: and hung up from there.

hello

this means i think that the channel is not hangup after the call disposition also? Does the channels in the agent screen show that the previous calls is not hangup when they are in the next call?

Are you using congestion instead of hangup in the extensions.conf by any chance? or are you not specifiying a hangup() priority after the dial prority there?

no the recording stops when i use the LIVE CALLS IN YOUR SESSION hungup button.
