Followed instructions in manual.
Login with remote agent and nothing happens. Nadda. Any ideas of where I should start to look to debug this issue?

Remote agents are not working in 2.0.4, they do work on 2.0.4-svn-trunk although I am having a problem with remote users staying in 'INCALL M' state if the customer hangups before the message begins and I have to reset the agents every hour or so to make it keep running.
