ringing transfered to agent

I am quite baffled by this occasion where the call is transferred to agent although it is still ringing.

any ideas?

Found why

it is because on the gateway there's this entry

exten => _XXXXXXX,1,Answer()
exten => _XXXXXXX,n,Dial(ZAP/G1/8495${EXTEN},90,tT)
