Where did you get that set up?
and what were you doing when you get that error?

i get this set up by Bizz Channel Online...wen i start up my Asterisk server...this error was occur to my screen..

Dont know them but it looks like its a copy of my set up.
please post this output of your rc.local
cat /etc/rc.local
and post it here.
