Add form fields - HELP! ASAP!

I add a field at vicidial_list (company) after the called_count.

I add the said field on vdc_db_query.php

I add the said field also on vicidial.php

But the problem I getting is whenever I am receiving a call, the following is still in OFF stage and cannot be click:

- Webform, Trans-conf, Park call, Hangup Customer

I can't hangup any customer....

May I ask if this is the issue?

document.vicidial_form.company.value= MDnextResponse_array[34];

and

document.vicidial_form.ques_one.value = check_VDIC_array[39];

Whenever I add these line it happen that way.... If I want to add fields how can I do it without affecting this kind of issue... ASAP

i suppose you can use an existing form field for example : "address 3" or any other one for your own usage ... & just open vicidial.php & change its name to suite the purpose you want to give it & try again.

There could be all sorts of reasons that this is not working, the Javascript code is very complex. Do you see anything in the Firefox error console after trying to hangup?

already fix the issue... I cannot use the address3, etc etc. because I need to add more than 10 new fields. I already did it....

The problem is in

document.vicidial_form.company.value= MDnextResponse_array[34];

and the check VDIC. because of the numbering....

By the way, already finished the new design for 2.04. But I need to test it first on live agents. Will submit this coming April.

Can you perhaps give us a breakdown of how you added new fields? I think many of us have the same need but are too careful to try it

Yes will do... Ill give it step by step on how to add additional forms. Give me until next week, as I am too busy to teach the employee on how to work on vicidial.

Adding custom fields to the vicidial agent interface is on the roadmap for 2.2.0. We have thought of a method for doing this that will allow for great flexibility while not compromising speed and a high volume of records in the custom fields(Like the problem with the Vtiger custom field design).

No estimated completion date, but if it is sponsored it could be done in a couple weeks in SVN trunk.
