Not able to get INBOUND numbers

I am having asterisk-1.2.24 and astguiclient-2.0.3. I have follow the steps of Apendix C for inbound closer campaign. Agent is not getting incoming calls.


When i am getting the calls on asterisk below is the CLI :

i might be not entitled to solve your problem but i can see this error thru your log file :
No available agent found

so are the agents logged on to thier sessions ? havce they recieved a ring from vicidial server ?

if yes :

can they make a manual call ?

I have already click on RESUME button after login. Than also in status it is showing PAUSED in the above status field.

I do not see INBELL as a selected in-group for that agent. Is is a valid inbound-group in your system that the campaign is set to use?

THanks matt it was my mistake instead of INCALL i wrote INBELL.
