hi to all, i'have some questions.

is possible to get one agent logged in 3 Campaigns and one of then have 3 differents scripts? play one message to the customer, and if he press one the agent get the customer call and the script 1, if the customer press two the agent get the customer call and the script 2 and the same for one 3 option.

This is possible with inbound calls using in-groups. Each in-group can have it's own script.
