Call Hangup Problem

Hi
I have problem with call hangup problem for outbound predective dialing. when I press Hangupcustomer button the call still on till customer hagup the call at the other end.

Asterisk version?
loadavg when this problem happens?

System Load Average: 40.41

That loadavg is WAY too high.
Do you have web/db/Asterisk on the same server?

How many agents?
What kind of call handling (in/out/blended)?
lines/agent ratio?
kind of trunks(T1/SIP/IAX)?

Problem was background processes load which were termineted that solved our problem.
