not valid conference number

Postby jojo1031 » Thu May 01, 2008 10:29 pm

I'd just finished installing my first vicidial server. I followed everything on the Scratch-Install.

When I tried to log-in as an agent. I heard a recorded sound and it says not valid conference number.

Below is the error that shows on the asterisk cli:

> Channel SIP/2001-08b72af8 was answered.

Im using Astguiclient 2.0.4rc1 and Astersik 1.2.27

I installed ztdummy and added this line on the rc.local.

### load digium tormenta 4xT1 drivers into system
modprobe zaptel
modprobe wct1xxp
/sbin/ztcfg -vvvvvvvvvvvv

I dont have Zaptel Card installed on my server. Im planning to use voip trunk.

I installed vicidial using the scratch install guide.

I double checked the lame and mpg123 and its working perfectly.

What filename will I give to the music file and what format?
