anyone have all time calls for all USA states to share?

i'mean state code, state name, and time call.

Not really sure what you are asking for here, the database of state and timezones is already included with VICIDIAL, as well as a zipcode to timezone database.

Oh, you are referring to state_call_times, sorry I misunderstood what you meant

The reason there are only 20 is that the other 52 states/territories all follow the standard 9AM-9PM Monday-Friday rules for local call time. The 20 listed have call times outside of those ranges which is why they are explicitly listed there.
