Dial prefix 9 hardcoded to Transfer Conf

Postby gardo » Wed Jun 25, 2008 8:57 pm

Matt,

Is the dial prefix "9" hardcoded in the Transfer Conf button? I have a campaign that has "2" as dial prefix instead of the default "9". Making a three-way call gives me an invalid extension. Looking at the asterisk cli, it actually dialed 91NXXNXXXXXX instead of 21NXXNXXXXXX.

It is hard coded, but you can easily click on the OVERRIDE checkbox to dial the exact number you want.

Any way it can be made to follow the prefix set in the campaign settings? The reason for this is that I only want agents to dial within Vicidial - manual and predictive. If the agents know the complete dial prefix they can dial outside Vicidial (ie, using softphone, hardphone and etc.).

Is there an issue for this in the tracker? I will work on a fix for this for the next release.
