Just purchased the manager's manual, went to the download link, put in my code, got the below errors ... can somebody please either fix that server or e-mail me the manual? I was hoping to get some things wrapped up today ...

I also just noticed the same errors are at the top of the screen that confirms my purchase. I received an e-mail with the code, as well as the payment confirmation from PayPal, but not sure whether the code actually got added to your database at all.
