softphone does not connect with vicidial

Good day to all. I hope you can help me with this.
I already manage all the things needed for an agent to log-in through vicidial. my problem now is when an agent log-in it was successful and she can view the vicidial outbound page for the agent but the softphone does not ring to connect to it.
my experience before with this is that every time an agent log-in the softphne rings and the agent must answer it and leave it on as long as the agent is logged in.
