All I get is disconnected numbers. I check the list by dialing manually and the numbers are good.

Also I made sure to override the Phone Code to 1 to see if that was the problem its not.

I'm using pots lines. What I think the problem might be is that vicidial is dialing too fast before the line picks up and the 1 is missed.

This happens to me on Manual and Predictive Dialing.

I keep getting the message from the phone company is please dial 1 before dialing this number the tone are for the deaf community.

Please help ASAP I need to get my phone room running again.

I would strongly recomend not using POTS lines.

You could try lowering the VICIDIAL max trunks setting and see if that helps.

It is set to 96 what is a good number to lower it to?
