Hi vicidial friends,

I have this weird problem, i see an agent the Time On VDAD report with a status of PAUSED for 16 mins but when I went to check it out she was in a conversation for that long so her status would be INCALL instead of PAUSED. Im using the 2.041 RC3 version of astguiclient

There can be several causes of that.

Do you have more than one server for VICIDIAL use?

What kind of network is between the user and the VICIDIAL server?

What are the CPU/RAM specs on the agent machine?

Is there a firewall betweent he agent and VICIDIAL server?

What is the loadavg on the VICIDIAL server(s)?

yes MATT and when you use anyu http proxy it happends

moreover check your browser

i recommend mozilla firefox 3

1 MySQL Server (Core2Duo 2.0 GHZ 2 GB RAM)
3 Vicidial Servers (Core2Duo 2.0 GHZ 2 GB RAM)

Loadvg ranges from .3 on the mysql server and .3 to .5 on the vicidial servers. All agents are on manual dial, 10 agents per vicidial server, 20 agents per shift.

Are all servers ntp time-sync'd to the same timing source?
