Question about printing leads that set appointments...

Currently, we're setup so that when an agent makes an appointment, they select the disposition, "submit web form" then print. This gives us the information we want and works well enough. However, when an agent clicks the regular "submit", we're forced to go into the user stats page, pull up the lead that was sold and print that.

The problem is the comments line. The input line is far to small to be of much use if the agent typed a lot of information. Is there any way to pull up the lead information page in such a way as to see all of the information?

Thanks for the note, that is actually a very small change to the code of the Modify Lead page.

What version of VICIDIAL are you using?

The web interface (which is all I have access to) says 2.0.x. I'm afraid I don't have any information past that, as our Linux guy hasn't been here today.

I had a feeling it would be simple to fix. Just change an input line to a textarea, but I haven't been given access to the scripts, so I couldn't change it myself.

OK, that's the 2.0.4 release. I should be putting out a new 2.0.4.1RC in the next few days that will have the new modify lead page.
