inbound calls are not routed to the agents

Hi Matt

We found some issues with VICI Dial;

the calls are not routed to the agents even when the agents are logged in, the calls hit the dialer and gets DROP. This is happening only when the Realtime screen doesn't show the agents login.

above problem happing 2 times a day.

we are using all new versions.still we are facing this problem

Is is happening at the same exact two times every day?

would those times match with any crontab event in your system?
