not a valid conference number

Hi guys. last night when agents login we get a prompt
"that is not a valid conference number, please try again"

supposedly vici gives a reply
"you are the only person in this conference"

we cant make any calls via vicidial having this issue... please help.

Looks like you do not have ztdummy loaded.

i think will have to fix ztdummy...i didnt install vici and asterisk... no idea how to install it..i only maintain it...problem now is the guy who set up the server is not around yet...and its monday tomorrow...
