Inbound for Manual dial and softphone IM

Im planning to set a campaign using Manual dial which can also accept inbound calls. Is it possible? How can i set it up. Because if i set Inbound campaign in a manual dial, agents are just in PAUSED status and need to click DIAL NEXT NUMBER..

Also, im using eyeBeam for the softphone I've seen in the Options it can send Instant messenges with the contact list. I tried it several times but wont work, it just keep on calling the contact. How can i di IM on softphones? is there any configuration i need to make? Pls advice.

half the way, i checked the logs and here's what i got:

Campaigns set to MANUAL dial method cannot accept inbound calls.
