Our dialer was recording files in GSM format.
Now we have changed it to WAV format.
But earlier we have all files in GSM format. There are around 60k files.
Anyway to convert all GSM to WAV , in one shot ?
Any 3rd party tool available ?

You could write a script to do that in Sox, or on the Windows side you can convert audio files in a batch with the dbpowerAmp application, but I can't say I've ever tried that many at once with it.

I had no luck converting with dbPoweramp, but found a good free tool for windows that my sales manager can use to convert .gsm to .wav for editing
www.nch.com.au/switch
Hope this helps someone, I scoured the net putting my office wintendo machine at risk of virus and spyware attempting to locate a tool.
