My customer wants calendar added to Agent Web Client. Currently if sale is made all related information, including an appointment date/time is entered in the comments field. They want to simplify it with calendar field. SO the date and time becomes clickable. I tried to insert dyncalendar into the form - but can not make it work, Can someone help me in this one? I would assume I will have to create an additional Column in the table. Something like an "AppontmentTime". I am not very good with php/web. Help appreciated.

I would suggest finding a consultant to do that for you since it is not trivial.
The best way to do it would be to use the web form or an IFRAME in the SCRIPT tab that would take all of the information from the call and put it into a separate system or database table.
