How to block an inbound number?

Hi all,

I've got someone who is harrasing our company through our VICIDial call center ... does anyone know how I can re-route or block calls through the dialer plan by phone number?

say your inbound number 8005551212 and the number calling you is 6195551212, you can add this to your dialplan:

exten => _8005551212/6195551212,1,Answer
exten => _8005551212/6195551212,2,Playback(invalid)
exten => _8005551212/6195551212,3,Hangup

That'll just play them the "invalid extension" recording and hangup on them.
