Vicidial is dialing outside of dialing times

Hey guys.

I am currently having an issue where our dialer still loads leads into the hopper and tries to dial before hours and after hours. I've checked the call times which is fine. I've also checked the GMT_OFFSET_NOW in all the leads which is fine. The time on server is correct.

Any ideas?

/usr/share/astguiclient/AST_VDhopper.pl --debugX
