Same Number Dial Again n Again

Hello,
I am using astguiclient-2.0.4 After i load aleads in my particular campaign some of the leads are dial twice. In campaign modify i m putting Dial Status 1 : NEW.
What can be the issue.

How do you know they are dialed twice?
Do you have any lead recycling rules?

I have our personal crm which will give the called number list. I dont have any recycle rules.

Please post the vicidial_log entries of the leads that were dialed more than once.

What thing should taken into consideration so that calls will not be repeated..Without any input from user.

By default, it will not call numbers more than once unless the list is reset.
