Hi mflorell,
i need one more help , A agent is able to access/dial his callback from either campaign.now what is happening ,
Agent A in campaign CAM1 Hold 100 callback
i change his campaign to
Agent A to campaign CAM2, in CAM2 he hold 20 callback.
now A is not able to access 100 callback which was in CAM1,if i change his campaign back to CAM1 then he can access his 100 callback.
but we want all callback should be access by A ,either he is in CAM1 or CAM2.I mean callback should not be campaign specific.
