Hi every one.

we are trying to run two campaign in predictive mode.problem is that 1st campaign is running smoothly ,and 2nd campaign showing trunk shortfall.
Total agent 120
Total Trunk 150
Total agent in 1st campaign 100
Total agent in 2nd campaign 20
Total trunk to 1st campaign 120 with maximum limit
Total trunk to 2nd campaign 30 with overflow allowed

ratio same in both campaign.
1st campaign running fine but 2nd campaign showing truck shortfall and there is no live call.if i let only 2nd campaign to login then its ok.
2nd campaign can run in manual mode but i want to put it also on predictive mode.

please anybody help me .its too urgent.

What is the "max vdad trunks" setting set to for your server?

Its 150

can you please post screenshot of the ADMIN -> SERVER -> SERVER LISTING -> SERVER?

Please connect to the ASTVDauto screen in Linux and post the output from when you are trying to dial at your maximum amount.

to detatch from a screen just press 'Ctrl+a' then 'd'

Please attach to the ASTVDauto screen in Linux and post some of the output when it is not dialing the second campaign.

I did it.i am able to run two campaign simultaneously.what i did i remove the assigned trunk to individual campaign.No trunk assign for any campaign.

so now i am onitoring dial ratio,according to it which campaign utilise more truck and it affect on other campaign.

i need one more help , A agent is able to access/dial his callback from either campaign.now what is happening ,
Agent A in campaign CAM1 Hold 100 callback
i change his campaign to
Agent A to campaign CAM2, in CAM2 he hold 20 callback.
now A is not able to access 100 callback which was in CAM1,if i change his campaign back to CAM1 then he can access his 100 callback.

but we want all callback should be access by A ,either he is in CAM1 or CAM2.I mean callback should not be campaign specific.

I'm not sure if I changed this in the 2.0.4.1rc4 branch or if it is only in SVN trunk, but I did change callbacks to display only the campaign the agent is currently in.

So how do i resolve the issue.
I want my agents to get both the Call Back in Display, Even If they only get the view of it , it would work

You would have to alter the MySQL query that selected the callbacks for the list. Not sure where that is off the top of my head, but it would be in one of the helper PHP scripts in the agc folder(not vicidial.php)
