outbound campaign with options
Posted: Wed Oct 08, 2008 11:39 amIs there anyway to set up the outbound campaign, so that the dialer would dial the numbers, leaves the message and gives the customer the option to press 1 or 2 or..? Somehow it has to be able to ready the input. Please advice..maybe there is some solution? If vicidialer doesnt have it, what else can I use?
