hi..., i have a situational problem here_example i load leads for about 3800 to start the call session after all the leads are used...no more leads on vicidial, i check the vici reports particularly...VDAD report and Agents Performance Details...the problem is i only got 1400 total calls..where are the remaining numbers of leads...?

yes i already reloaded it but same problem the number of leads loaded are not the same with the total calls in the report...how could that be>>.?

Did you enabled the Dial Statuses that needs to be redialed on the campaign manager?
