Remote agent is not dialing

Hi,

i am trying to run survey campaign, but i am not able to do it.

auto dialing is working properly when my agents login from /agc/vicidial.php

but when i create remote agent ,it doesnt dial also i dont see any activity in asterisk Cli.

I created a user in vicidial then i created a user with sme name in remote agnt. and set it activated through vdremote.php but no luck.
Please help.

Its working now, it was was prob in vdremote.pl file.
