hi,

Auto dial is running with viidialnow server.
To go to the active callback, we hangup the call and after that we click on finish lead button and after we check on pause and after that we give the related disposition. after this call is pause. Now when we click on active callback option, then message comes :-"You must be paused before callback". Why????????????????

I have paused again why this message is coming. Why I am not able to go to active callback.
