per specific number of agents.

No.

This depends on too many factors to just give you a magic number. Also, you should not have a fixed ratio, it should adjust which is why VICIDIAL has a predictive algorithm.

ok thanks matt. ill just make test for every ratio. coz sometimes the agents conversation will be suddenly cut because a new call is established.
