The called party cant hear the agent, but agents can hear the called party clearly.
by monitoring my softphone, it is very clear that there are voice detected in the softphone because the signal indicator in softphone mic moves.
Is there a problem with this one? thanks.

Have you tried a different softphone?
Have you dialed into the session from another phone and confirmed the problem?
