Calling Leads Multiple Times without reset

Postby creativess » Thu Oct 16, 2008 7:59 pm

I have been having a problem the last two days with one of our server setups...
We have been calling customers several times in the same day without resetting our lists. It is a multi server setup, and has been working correctly for several months.

I found I beleive what the problem may be, but I don't know how to fix it.

The leads after being called and dispositioned are not having the called_since_last_reset field set to Y. One example is we have called a woman 12 times today alone without resetting the list.

We have no auto_alt or any automatic redial set up at all for this campaign.

I have checked the crontab and the astguiclient.conf files on all 4 servers and they are all set up correctly. Any ideas or help would be appreciated I have no idea what is causing this.

I would suggest upgrading to the latest SVN trunk since that is a 7 month old checkout of the code-base.

VERSION: 2.0.5-145 BUILD: 81012-1725

Updated to the above version... now my agents can't login.
It gives us an error saying... Sorry, you are not allowed to login to this campaign: ...

Antoher couple of weird things happened when I upgraded as well... the settings from campaign detail view that I change aren't saving, user settings aren't being saved, and a few other litle things. I have run the sql update file and I am totally stumped now.

Did you upgrade your database?

I am going through the database now looking at all changes since 2.0.3 to make sure it is exactly what it should look like.

I am manually running each query in the upgrade files and if that doesn't work I am going to run the full create script and try to restore parts.
