Hi all,
We are fetching a problem with recording, that we don't get the recordings when agent are automatically disconnected from the call due to system problem or network. they don't disposed their call.
We need to get the recording .........
So please Guide us for the same.

All recordings if they are started would be put in to the /var/spool/asterisk/monitor directory, and the should be listed in the recording_log database table too(at least the filename)

Hi
Here is problem, we don't get information in recording_log about the call that has been disconnected during call due to system or network problem.
and we also don't get it in GSM or WAV format.
So please give solution for the same

If there is nothing about the call at all in recording_log then it was not started properly in the agent interface.

Yes
we have find the information about the call in recording_log but it show the duration is NULL.

OK, well that would be normal if there was no termination signal sent by the client. The recording is still there even if it doesn't have a duration listed.
