Where are they stored after they are recorded?

i believe you can check that in your /etc/astguiclient.conf

Where would that file be. Sorry I am new to the system is there a way to see it through my administrator screen?

Oh, then Im not sure VICIDIAL now IIRC works slightly different from Vicidial. You might want to try posting this question in the VICIDIAL now forum.
