Survey Cmpaing Help Needed

Hi

I'm new to vicidial.. I have inherited a vicidial environment in a 150 positions call center.

The fact its that I need to configure a Survey campaign that presents options to the customers and then based in the costumers options (DTMF) transfers the call to other servers dialing out a sip trunk or play a message and say bye.

I know its a high challenge to start.. but i have bussines priorities to. satisfy.

What I have done is..

installed a new server with the scratch install doc. (The server it working fine with an other campaign but in manual dial mode.)
Set up a call time squema when i want the calls to be placed.
Created remote agents to use as a trunk to the other server
A remote agent extension that dial to the sip trunk.
I have created a campaign and configured the survey tab with mi files and set the survey mode to EXTENSION. And added list and leads to this campaign

Mi questions are:

1) Its posible to do this in this way?
2) How the VDAD exten must look like?
I see this in the agi file but i cant understand exactly how it works.
# ;VICIDIAL_auto_dialer transfer script:
# exten => 8366,1,AGI(call_log.agi,${EXTEN})
# exten => 8366,2,AGI(agi-VDADtransferSURVEY.agi,${EXTEN})

Mi evironment its:

All components in one server vicidial/asterisk/mysql/sites
SO Slackware 12.1
Astguclient version VERSION: 2.0.5-143
Asterisk version 1.4.22
Mysql 5.0.67 Source distribution

You already have the ability to do SURVEY campaigns, just go to the Campaign Detail screen, and click on the SURVEY link, then read the help sections.

Thank you for you response..

I have read the help section off every field in the survey screen.
But to what VDAD exten send the call is not clear for me.

When i read the VDAD exten help i see:

"An additional sample political survey AGI is also now included - 8366 agi-VDADtransferSURVEY.agi".

And i dont know if the 8366 its the example or its going to take mi settings.

You would use 8366, but it should look like this in your dialplan:

; VICIDIAL_auto_dialer transfer script SURVEY at beginning:
exten => 8366,1,Playback(sip-silence)
exten => 8366,2,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => 8366,3,AGI(agi-VDAD_ALL_outbound.agi,SURVEYCAMP-----LB)
exten => 8366,4,AGI(agi-VDAD_ALL_outbound.agi,SURVEYCAMP-----LB)
exten => 8366,5,Hangup
