problem in vicidial login

Hi,

I'm having problem logging to vicidial it does not show the campaign during login, i 've verified the campain is active and can see the nos to be dialed in hopper.

i'm using vicidial VERSION: 2.0.4-119 and asterisk 1.4

i had one more issue i use to get agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log--HVcauses ... ----------) unable to connect
but after issuing the following command /usr/share/astguiclient/FastAGI_log.pl --debug
the problem resolved, is this required to be executed as i dont see in documentation

Looks like you did not follow the installation instructions exactly.

hi matt,

i refered the document from the site astguiclient . sourceforge . net/scratch_install. html

but it does not mention eny where to execute FastAGI_log.pl


can u let me know where i might have been wrong

hi matt,

now my problem of unable to connect in agi is resolved.

but after activating the campaine i'm still not able to log in

it asks me phone login and on user login it doesnt display any campaign

Did you put the entries in the crontab?

You are not supposed to run the FastAGI_log script manually.

yes i'm running the same from crontab, i had missed a cron entry. but sitll i'm facing the issue with display of campain during agent login

If the campaign is not showing up in the drop-down list, then you have one of the following problems:
- campaign is inactive
- agent user_group is not allowed to login to that campaign
- user/password is not correct

Hi matt,

thanks the user was not added to a group, Now i'm able to do auto dial but the when set for auto dial the call are not going through even though i can see them in hopper list following is the autodial setting, I'm try to test the setup using a single agent( i hope it works)

Please post Asterisk CLI from when you are trying to dial.

also include output from agiout logfile of the VDAD script.

active calls 19? calls to dial -17?
Either you missed a few more items in your install or your calls are failing and getting stuck in vicidial.
Have you tried rebooting to see if it clears out all those calls?
