Agent Login Problem

Postby vgnogueira » Mon Nov 24, 2008 5:56 pm

Hi people.

When I log in on vicidial as agent, using sip/cc100, my phone rings as expected but I got a invalid message.

On asterisk I got the follwing:

== Starting SIP/cc100-081a77e8 at default,8600051,1 failed so falling back to exten 's'
== Starting SIP/cc100-081a77e8 at default,s,1 still failed so falling back to context 'default'
-- Sent into invalid extension 's' in context 'default' on SIP/cc100-081a77e8
-- Executing [i@default:1] Playback("SIP/cc100-081a77e8", "invalid") in new stack
-- <SIP/cc100-081a77e8> Playing 'invalid' (language 'en')
== Spawn extension (default, i, 1) exited non-zero on 'SIP/cc100-081a77e8'
-- Executing [h@default:1] DeadAGI("SIP/cc100-081a77e8", "agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log--HVcauses--PRI-----NODEBUG--------------------)") in new stack
[Nov 24 20:35:37] WARNING[12620]: res_agi.c:221 launch_netscript: Connect to 'agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log--HVcauses--PRI-----NODEBUG--------------------)' failed: Connection refused

Could someone help me?

Thanks

You seem to have multiple problems here. First off it looks like you might be missing extensions from your extensions.conf file. Did you install the sample configurations when installing vicidial?

Also the FastAGI_log.pl script is not running. This is most likely caused because you either forgot to install a package that it requires or the cron jobs are not running on the system.

Can you please post the output of:

Code: Select all
screen -ls

I checked and I missed copy and paste some sample lines in extension.conf. Now I can log in and place manual dials.

screen -ls listed:

There are screens on:
9121.ASTsend (Detached)
9119.ASTupdate (Detached)
9123.ASTlisten (Detached)
5827.ASTVDadapt (Detached)
9125.ASTVDauto (Detached)
5 Sockets in /tmp/screens/S-root.

Thank you,

Valter

You are still missing the FASTlog script. Do you have the Net::Server perl module loaded?
