do you have an analog trunk card in your system? it is trying to dial out through a "digium" or other hardware card (not through a VOIP account). it is receiving a "channel unavailable" message back because it cannot contact the trunk it is trying to dial.
you have to set up your trunks and then set up vicidial to use them for this campaign.
