I just want to ask q couple of question. well i'm just new with vicidial and at the same time I'm also a newbie in linux. I well I'm unable to make calls. one of the topics in the forums is to configure a dial plan. well i just want to ask how to configure the dial plan and how can I make my vicidial make incoming and outgoing calls. I do hope that you can help me with this.

You can check the sample entries in /etc/asterisk/extensions.conf. It has entries for outgoing and incoming calls using SIP, IAX and ZAP.
