Multiple Calls to the same agent

I'm having the following problem with vicidial:
Sometimes an agent is receiving more than 1 call at once so, the leads can speak one with each other... and with the agent.
I disabled all the options related to conferences in the phones, campaigns and users, but it still happening.
My current Vicidial version is 2.0.4 (bundled in vicidialnow).
