transferring a call and showing customer's CID

We have a campaign that requires this scenario.

We call the customer, then talk to them and when we transfer it to another center the call should be showing the CID of the customer we called.

Is this possible?

What kind of phone system in the other call center? and how is it connected ?

Ok the SVN is based on the 2.0.5 now.

Im going to test it now.

SVN/branch/agc_2.0.4 is based on the 2.0.4 release tree

SVN/trunk is the stable development branch that will become 2.0.5

hello Matt,

so SVN/branch/agc_2.0.4 <-- even this branch the feature is there?

the svn stable branch which is 2.0.5 are working fine by me though. The feature where you can transfer the CID is working.
