remote agents & DND option

Hello

Is there a way to subscribe a remote agent's status to the status of DND option on eyebeam softphone.

For instance, if a remote agent has set the DND option , VICIDIAL would correspondingly set that agent status as inactive.

I know that instead the agent may as well use vdremote.php , but in this particular case , the agent is having multiple remote phone lines and has his hands very full on other tasks generally.

Interesting idea, not sure how that would work exactly, but I'm sure that is possible with enough time.

Ok I got a way to do this. Its not that anything on the phone, but instead of using DND on the phone, I have it set in application map - features.conf, so that a key sequence will toggle the status of the remote agent from an agi script.
